SPAM Policy
At Nextep Marketing, we take spam seriously and are committed to ensuring that our clients' websites and marketing campaigns comply with all relevant laws and regulations regarding the sending of unsolicited commercial messages. We do not allow spam to be sent from our clients' websites, whether via email, text messages, push notifications, out-calling, or any other means.
Our policy requires all text message marketing campaigns to be registered with The Campaign Registry. Any violation of this policy may result in actions up to immediate account and service termination. We reserve the right to investigate any reported incidents of spam or abuse and to take appropriate action, including but not limited to suspension or termination of services, and legal action if necessary.
To ensure compliance with this policy, we require all of our clients to adhere to the following guidelines:
- Only send messages to recipients who have explicitly opted-in to receive communications from your organization.
- Include an easy and effective way for recipients to unsubscribe from your communications.
- Do not use false or misleading header information, subject lines, or message content.
- Do not use any techniques to hide or obscure the true sender or the nature of the message.
- Comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations regarding commercial messaging, including but not limited to the CAN-SPAM Act and the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).
We reserve the right to update or modify this policy at any time, without prior notice. If you have any questions or concerns regarding our SPAM Policy, please contact us at spam@NextepMarkeing.com
